5 working days should be expected after we receive the form and you will hear from us about the further progress.

There may be additional information we need. In some cases, we also need to have the case examined.

No repair work may be initiated without prior agreement with Unicon A / S

Paragraph 11 "CLAIMS" in our Terms and conditions: The buyer’s written claim stating the nature and scope of the claim shall be handed over to Unicon A/S immediately after that the buyer knew or ought to have known the circumstances causing the claim. If such notice is not given, any future claim will be forfeited.
