We will process your claim as soon as possible.
We will contact you if we need any further information. In some cases, we may also need to inspect the case.
Please note that we use both the customer number and order number to validate the complaint.
The customer number and order number appear on both the delivery note and invoice.
No repair work may be initiated without prior agreement with Unicon A/S
All fields must be filled.
Paragraph 11 "CLAIMS" in our Terms and conditions: The buyer’s written claim stating the nature and scope of the claim shall be handed over to Unicon A/S immediately after that the buyer knew or ought to have known the circumstances causing the claim. If such notice is not given, any future claim will be forfeited.
